Vincent Conroy, 56, was arrested early Wednesday morning in a Florida parking lot after being found publicly intoxicated, wearing only a T-shirt, and carrying two wine bottles and a can of beer. When confronted by police regarding his state of undress and public display of his private parts, Conroy allegedly provided law enforcement with a false identity, claiming his name was “Charles Dickens.” Conroy was charged with exposure of sexual organs, open container, and providing a false name to law enforcement. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Tyler Capehart, a 39-year-old cameraman reportedly touring with singer Benson Boone, was arrested in Clearwater, Florida, on misdemeanor charges of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Intoxication. Police allege Capehart, who appeared intoxicated, entered a local Surf Style shop and deliberately urinated on approximately $689 in clothing merchandise, rendering it unsellable. Capehart claimed he had no recollection of the incident, citing consumption of alcohol and marijuana. He was released on a $650 bond just hours before the tour’s scheduled stop in Tampa.
